We aim to make dealing with us as trouble free as possible for our customers. As part of our commitment to you, standard maintenance cover is included in our financial package and comprises of:

  • Top level customer service - 8 working hour response times as standard (subject to contract)
  • Over 95% of breakdowns are repaired within 8 working hours of the fault being reported.
